Nun, auf den Bildern der normalen Verpackung trägt Frau Erso den Schal und ihr Blaster liegt daneben. Von daher würde ich sagen:

Die diesjaehrigen Con Exclusives haben keine Blisterfolie die die Figuren nochmal schuetzt. Beim Oeffnen der Boxen, in diesem Fall des Schubers liegt die Figur direkt frei.
